"Still waiting reply from hull office"

Still waiting reply from hull Office,tried emailing once, wouldn't except my members number,left two messages over the phone,I have been off work for four months,with my health get worse,my works company has been good,Weinerberger goxhill,I need some advice with my wages coming to an end,any advice would be appreciated,I came off my cycle going to work,and I have torn my cuff which needs an op,in the meantime, i have been told I have a lung problem COPD,and in the next few days/weeks I will be having my left kidney out,due to having cancer,if you get this email ring me 07927385958.
