"Unprofessional business"

I bought a holiday and on the first day I had a problem with this office, I paid with a credit card on the spot with Josh and it turned out that he made a mistake, he made the transaction paid in cash by my credit card and on my credit card my bank began to charge me interest that was not fully refunded to me so I will never deal with this office again, they are not professional with their clients especially Josh who makes mistakes very often and he owes me £18 for the interest my bank charged me because of his fault.
