"Rude receptionist"

Tried for 2 days to get an appointment, rude couldn’t care less receptionist, was number 9 in the on hold at 8 am yet still no appointments, yet was told yesterday they would be .

Receptionist just samm right indignant and I’d go as far as to say cocky.
