"Not wearing masks"

I was told that this was a lovely bakery shop so l went along today l stood outside and was waiting to go in looked at the window and it has a sign on saying masks must be worn then as looked into the shop all staff not wearing a mask so l didn’t go in l went down the road to other bakery and all their staff had masks on.
