"Miserable staff!"

I have to use this place regular for paypoint payments as its my nearest, every time you go in there Leanne I think her name is, is so bloody miserable and rude to customers, she never smiles or gives eye contact, don't think I have ever heard her say please or thank you. How the hell people like her get a job in such a prime location I'll never know..
