Being a customer in cardzone store today the 13/01/16 I was not even greeted by any member of staff. not even a hello. had a walk around the store and felt as if I was being watched all the time.

I eventually after about 10 mins of being in store went to the till with my items and paid the lady with short blonde hair and quite loudly spoken. The cashier wasn't very nice, nor approachable. I gave her my money and she was like ta and took it from my hand i also think she needs to learn some manners and to be taught a few tips on customer sevice. I do believe that this matter needs to be spoken about to her from a member of management..
