I ordered some perfume online, which did not arrive as expected. I emailed Perfume Heaven to check on the status of my order, and within 30 minutes of doing so I received a telephone call from a very helpful member of their sales team.I was immediately offered a replacement to be sent by next day Special Delivery at no cost to me. The perfume did indeed arrive as promised much to my relief as it was to be a present; I am very impressed with the way in which my problem was handled. I will definitely use them again.Thanks to Perfume Heaven..
