"Quality product - first class service"

It's not often that I take the time to submit reviews on a product, company or service but in this case I make an exception... Ordered a leather sofabed from The Sofabed Gallery in late 2009 - from the first base, lots of information was available on the product - from ordering, expected lead times were given ia email within hours.So far so good. The quoted lead time was 4 - 6 weeks so you can imagine my surprise when after just 3 weeks I received a call to book in the delivery ! A date was set, plus a 4 hour window time slot. All went well with delivery - the two chaps took the unit into my upstairs room without any fuss, unwrapped the product and even gave my wife and I a quick 'tour' of it's use. Fantastic.
The sofabed has been a god send to us and has made my family comfortable on many occassions - guests never fail to compliment us on our choice of sofabed and how amazingly comfortable it is.
The Sofabed gallery must be credited for giving a first class service and product range - trult 5 stars.
